Terms and Conditions

When you purchase a Hydrafacial Package from Diana O'Donnell Skin Care, you agree and are bound to the following terms and conditions:

  • Pre-paid packages are non-refundable. 

  • Pre-paid packages are non-transferable.

  • Pre-paid packages must be used within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

  • Unrendered services from pre-paid packages that are not used within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase will expire and be forfeited.

  • Pre-paid packages cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts, or promotions.

  • In the event of an unusual and rare circumstance, credit from a pre-paid package may be applied toward other forms of treatment, subject to the regular price of that treatment and only at the discretion of Diana O’Donnell on a case-by-case basis in an extreme situation.

  • Appointments must be made for pre-paid package treatments.
