Terms & Conditions of Membership

Please read carefully before signing up. When you enroll in a Hydrafacial Membership with Diana O'Donnell Skin Care, you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions:

​

• 12-month recurring billing membership charged to your credit card the same day each month.

• If you cancel before the twelve (12) month agreed upon period, special pricing is no longer valid and will result in a charge equal to the discounts received during membership for services received and products purchased. This amount will be charged to the card we have on file for you immediately upon your early cancellation.

• Schedule your Hydrafacial for any day of the month, regardless of billing date

• Membership may be paused for up to 2 consecutive months

• You may gift up to 2 of your Hydrafacials​

• 30 days notice in writing required to cancel, terminating this contract forfeits the rights to your membership pricing from the beginning of your membership.

•  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Diana O’Donnell via email or text and will become effective thirty (30) days after your cancellation request is received. 

• Payment that is due under this agreement before the cancellation effective date will be charged as scheduled.

• Any unused membership payments will remain in your account for 6 months after it was charged, or it may be used as a credit for other treatments or products. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. No discounts will be given for these treatments/products.

• Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts or gift card purchases.

• Diana O’Donnell Skin Care reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason.

• Diana O’Donnell Skin Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• In the event changes are made, revised terms and conditions shall be posted immediately.

• Appointments are required.

• No refunds on treatments or products.

• All sales are final.

How It Works

 

This is a monthly, auto-billing Hydrafacial Membership. For monthly billing membership, you agree to Diana O’Donnell Skin Care to automatically charge your credit card the listed membership fee amount you choose each month for the specified period on the date of signup. Upon signing up, your credit card will be billed immediately for your first Hydrafacial treatment. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Memberships are non-transferable. You may schedule your Hydrafacial for any day of the month, regardless of billing date.

Making an Appointment

 

After you complete sign up, return to the web site and click BOOK ONLINE at the top right. Find the Hydrafacial you signed up for in the list and book your first appointment. Future appointments can be made monthly online, via text, or in-person at your appointment. Any missed services can be made up either the following month, or during the 2-month extension.
