Between Hair Color Treatments and Hair Extensions

If you're regularly coloring your hair and/or putting extensions in your hair, your scalp would greatly benefit from a Keravive treatment. Debris and buildup stay in the scalp and even the highest quality shampoo and conditioner cannot do what Keravive can. A single Keravive treatment between having hair extensions put in, or a couple of times a year if you color every month will improve your scalp's health resulting in more beautiful, rich looking and fuller hair.

What should I expect before, during and after my treatment?

For best results, it is recommended that you come to the treatment with clean, dry hair without styling products. The entire treatment takes about 30 minutes. It is pain-free, gentle and relaxing. You will feel some suction on your scalp and possibly a cooling sensation from the solutions used during the treatment. Your scalp and hair should be dry about 20 minutes after the end of the treatment. The scalp and hair must be allowed to fully absorb the solution and spray before applying heat. Do not use a hair dryer within one hour of receiving the Keravive treatment or applying the spray. Hair styling products can be used as soon as product is absorbed, and your hair/scalp has completely dried. After treatment, wait 12 hours before washing your hair.

How do I use the Peptide Complex Spray at home?

Following the in-office treatment, use the HydraScalp take-home spray every day, beginning the day after your in-office treatment. Apply 1-2 sprays per area of concern once a day by placing nozzle directly on the scalp while spraying. After spraying, massage the solution into your scalp for 30-60 seconds. For best results, apply spray in the evening and allow the solution to remain on the scalp overnight.

What are the risks and side effects?

HydraScalp does not require any downtime. After your treatment, you can continue your normal daily activities. This treatment is suitable for all skin types, is rejuvenating, gentle, non-invasive, and effective. Prior to treatment all potential risks and side effects will be discussed with you.
