Heightened UV exposure, increased oil production, sweat, and environmental stressors can compromise your skin’s health and appearance if not properly addressed. Below are my latest recommended summer skincare tips to help you refine your regimen and maintain optimal skin health throughout the season.

1. Prioritize Sun Protection Every Day, All Day

Consistent use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen is non-negotiable. Choose a formula with SPF 30 or higher and apply generously every morning—regardless of cloud cover or time spent outdoors. For extended exposure, reapply every two hours. Check your sunscreen container and you will most likely see that it works for about 90 minutes.
